Disclosed is a hybrid bicycle pedal and crank system that transforms into fixed foot pegs for operating an ebike and includes at least one foot peg mount, at least one foot peg mount bearing, at least one inner crank arm, at least one outer crank arm, at least one crank arm lock pin, and at least one foot peg configured to be mounted to the at least one foot peg mount through the at least one foot peg mount bearing at an end of the outer crank arm, wherein the at least one inner crank arm and the at least one outer crank arm are configured to be rigidly locked in an extended position by the crank arm lock pin locked into a fixed position in a locating hole on the inner crank arm.
