A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored therein a computer program which, when being executed by a computer, causes the computer to execute a method for information generation, the method comprising:

• generating, by a first terminal, first information based on second information and a first threshold, wherein the first information is used for indicating a resource situation at a target interface, the target interface comprises at least one of a first interface or a second interface, the first interface is used for transmitting a signal between the first terminal and a second terminal, and the second interface is used for transmitting a signal between the first terminal and a base station, and
• wherein the first interface is a Sidelink (SL) interface, and the second interface is at least one of an uplink interface or a downlink interface.
