## Abstract

A multilayer textile for a sandwich structure includes skins made of a fiber-reinforced resin and a core that is sandwiched by the skins. Skin portions are each configured by a warp and a weft both made of a reinforcement fiber. A core portion is configured by a warp and a weft both made of a fiber that is insoluble in a matrix resin of the skins and has a smaller specific gravity than the reinforcement fiber. The skin portions and the core portion are integrated by a binding yarn that is insoluble in the matrix resin of the skins.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A multilayer textile for a sandwich structure, comprising skins made of a fiber-reinforced resin and a core that is sandwiched by the skins, wherein
skin portions that are converted into the skins are each configured by a warp and a weft, each of the warp and the weft of the skin portions being made of a reinforcement fiber,
a core portion that is converted into the core is configured by a warp and a weft, each of the warp and the weft of the core portion being made of a fiber that is insoluble in a matrix resin of the skins and has a smaller specific gravity than the reinforcement fiber, and
the skin portions and the core portion are integrated by a binding yarn that is insoluble in the matrix resin of the skins.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The multilayer textile according to claim 1, wherein the binding yarn is configured by a non-reinforcement fiber.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The multilayer textile according to claim 1, wherein the core portion has a rib-configuring portion made of a reinforcement fiber.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The multilayer textile according to claim 1, wherein the fiber that is insoluble in the matrix resin of the fiber-reinforced resin and has a smaller specific gravity than the reinforcement fiber is an organic fiber.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

A sandwich structure fiber-reinforced composite formed by combining the multilayer textile for a sandwich structure according to claim 1 and a matrix resin.
