## Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds Formula (I): wherein Q, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are as defined herein. The invention further relates to compositions comprising said compounds, and methods of controlling weeds using said compounds and/or compositions.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A compound of Formula (I):
or an agronomically acceptable salt thereof,
wherein:—
Q is selected from the group consisting of Q1 and Q2:
R1 is selected from the group consisting of C1-C4alkyl-, C1-C4haloalkyl- and C1-C4alkoxy-C1-C4alkyl-;
R2 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C6alkyl-, C1-C3alkoxy-, C1-C6 haloalkyl-, C1-C3haloalkoxy- and —S(O)pC1-C6alkyl;
R3 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C6alkyl-, C1-C3alkoxy-, C1-C6 haloalkyl-, C1-C3haloalkoxy- and —S(O)pC1-C6alkyl;
R4is selected from the group consisting of C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkyl-C(O)—, C1-C6alkoxy-C(O)—;
R5 is C1-C6alkyl- or C1-C6haloalkyl; and
p=0, 1 or 2.

The compound according to claim 1, wherein Q is Q1.

The compound according to claim 1, wherein R5 is methyl.

The compound according to claim 1, wherein R4 is CH3C(O)— and R5 is methyl.

A herbicidal composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 and an agriculturally acceptable formulation adjuvant.

The herbicidal composition according to claim 11, further comprising at least one additional pesticide.

The herbicidal composition according to claim 12, wherein the additional pesticide is a herbicide or herbicide safener.

A method of controlling weeds at a locus comprising application to the locus of a weed controlling amount of a composition according to claim 11.

Use of a compound of Formula (I) as defined in claim 1 as a herbicide.
