Abstract
The present disclosure provides for conversion-resistant CAR regulatory T cells (Tregs) and bi-specific antibodies, and methods to use these Tregs and antibodies for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and for prevention of organ transplant rejection.
Claims20
A regulatory T (Treg) cell comprising a first nucleic acid construct encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an antigen-binding region, wherein the first nucleic acid construct is operably linked to a Treg-specific promoter.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
