A method of treating cancer in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering an effective amount of a compound having the structure:
- wherein said effective amount is at least about 50 mg per day of administration.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and a compound having the structure:
- wherein said compound is present in an amount of at least about 50 mg.
