The present invention relates to (1R,5S)-(+)-1-(naphthalen-2-yl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods employing their use in the treatment of conditions affected by monoamine neurotransmitters, including ADHD and substance abuse.

A method for treating ADHD or a related behavioral disorder in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need of treatment for ADHD or a related behavioral disorder a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of (1R,5S)-(+)-1-(naphthalen-2-yl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method for treating a substance abuse disorder in a subject comprising administering to a subject in need of treatment for a substance abuse disorder a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of (1R,5S)-(+)-1-(naphthalen-2-yl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
