Abstract
An internet of vehicles communication method includes an internet of vehicles communications apparatus generating positioning information. The positioning information includes a positioning position of a positioning component of a vehicle and an offset distance of the positioning component relative to a positioning reference point of the vehicle. The internet of vehicles communications apparatus is installed in the vehicle. The internet of vehicles communications apparatus sends the positioning information to a device.
Claims20
A method implemented by an internet of vehicles communications apparatus installed in a vehicle, comprising:
- generating positioning information comprising a position of a positioning component of the vehicle and an offset distance of the positioning component relative to a positioning reference point of the vehicle;
- and
- sending the positioning information to a device.
An internet of vehicles communications apparatus installed in a vehicle, comprising:
- a processor configured to generate positioning information comprising a position of a positioning component of the vehicle and an offset distance of the positioning component relative to a positioning reference point of the vehicle;
- and
- a transceiver coupled to the processor and configured to send the positioning information to a device.
An internet of vehicles communications system comprising:
- a first internet of vehicles communications apparatus installed in a vehicle and configured to:
- generate positioning information comprising a position of a positioning component of the vehicle and an offset distance of the positioning component relative to a positioning reference point of the vehicle;
- and
- send the positioning information;
- and
- a second internet of vehicles communications apparatus configured to:
- receive the positioning information from the first internet of vehicles communications apparatus;
- and
- determine a position of the vehicle based on the positioning information.
