A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:

- L is a direct bond, or a linker selected from —OCH2CH2—, —OCH2CH2OCH2CH2—, —OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2 CH2—, —OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2—, —OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2— and OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2OCH2CH2—, and
- R1 and R2 are each independently OH or lipoic acid represented by the following Chemical Formula 2:
