Abstract
The invention is directed to multivalent HCMV immunogenic compositions and their use.
Claims14
A multivalent composition comprising at least two antigenic human cytomegalovirus (hCMV) polypeptides or nucleic acids or a portion thereof, wherein the antigens or a portion thereof are of at least two different genotypes.
A composition comprising hCMV gB5 polypeptide or nucleic acid sequence (of FIG. 16).
A multivalent composition comprising at least two hCMV gB polypeptides or nucleic acids encoding gB antigens or a portion thereof, wherein the gB antigens or a portion thereof are of at least two different genotypes, at least three different genotypes, at least four different genotypes, or at least five different genotypes, wherein the genotypes are gB1, gB2, gB3, gB4, or gB5.
A composition comprising at least one nucleic acid encoding at least one hCMV antigen of at least two different genotypes, at least three different genotypes, at least four different genotypes, or at least five different genotypes, wherein the antigen is gB and the genotypes are gB1, gB2, gB2, gB3, gB4, or gB5, and wherein the nucleic acid is formulated in at least one lipid nanoparticle (LNP).
A vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding any one of the antigens of the invention.
A host cell comprising a nucleic acid encoding any one of the antigens of the invention.
A cell culture comprising any of the host cells of the invention.
A method of inducing an immune response against hCMV comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a composition of the invention.
Methods of inducing immune responses using the compositions of the invention.
