A composition comprising a combination of marine oil and juice in oil-in-water emulsion, for improving muscle performance.
Claims12
A method for improving muscle performance, the method comprising:
- administering to a human a composition comprising a combination of marine oil and juice in oil-in-water emulsion to improve muscle performance,
- wherein said marine oil is selected from marine oil having a totox value below 20 and omega-3 content above 8% by weight based on the total weight of the marine oil, and
- wherein an emulsifier is used to stabilize the emulsion.
