• n is 0, 1, or 2;
• o is 1 or 2;
• p is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10;
• q, r, and s are independently at each occurrence selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10;
• Q is —CR4R4—;
• R1 and R2 are independently at each occurrence selected from hydrogen and ethyl;
• R3 is independently at each occurrence selected from:
• R4 is independently at each occurrence selected from hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl, C2-4alkenyl, C2-4 alkynyl, halogen, and haloC1-3alkyl;
• R5 is hydrogen or —CH2CH2OH;
• R6 is independently at each occurrence selected from hydrogen, hydroxy, and C1-C6alkoxy;
• R7 and R8 are independently at each occurrence selected from C1-C6alkyl;
