Abstract
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for post-translationally modifying synthetic biologics in vivo.
Claims27
A method of post-translationally modifying a synthetic protein in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising a first recombinant nucleic acid sequence encoding the synthetic protein, and a second recombinant nucleic acid sequence encoding a modifier protein, wherein the modifier protein post-translationally modifies the synthetic biologic in the subject.
A composition for post-translationally modifying a synthetic protein in a subject comprising:
- (a) a first recombinant nucleic acid sequence encoding the synthetic protein, and
- (b) a second recombinant nucleic acid sequence encoding a modifier protein.
