## Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to solar module mounting systems. A system may include an adhesion sheet configured to be secured to a roof of a structure via an adhesive. The system may further include at least one clamp configured for securing at least one solar module to the adhesion sheet.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A solar module mounting system, comprising:
an adhesion sheet configured to be secured to a roof of a structure via an adhesive and without penetrating the roof, the adhesion sheet including at least one insert configured to be positioned adjacent the roof and to receive an attachment device; and
a clamp configured to:
secure at least one solar module; and
couple to the adhesion sheet via the insert and the attachment device without penetrating the roof;
the adhesion sheet having at least one of a length or a width of at least 50% of an associated dimension of the at least one solar module.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The solar module mounting system of claim 1, the adhesion sheet including at least one of a molded sheet and a polymer sheet.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The solar module mounting system of claim 1, the clamp configured to apply a force in a direction substantially perpendicular to a plane of glass of the at least one solar module.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The solar module mounting system of claim 1, the adhesion sheet having area of at least 90% of an area of the at least one solar module.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The solar module mounting system of claim 1, further comprising the solar module secured via the clamp.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The solar module mounting system of claim 5, the adhesion sheet including at least one standoff positioned between the structure and the solar module.

### Claim 7

A solar module mounting system, comprising:
an adhesion sheet configured to be secured to a structure without penetrating the structure;
at least one clamp coupled to the adhesion sheet and configured to secure a solar module to the adhesion sheet; and
at least one standoff coupled to the at least one clamp and configured to be positioned between the adhesion sheet and the solar module.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The solar module mounting system of claim 7, wherein the adhesion sheet comprises the at least one standoff.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The solar module mounting system of claim 7, wherein the adhesion sheet has an area of at least 50% of an area of the solar module.

### Claim 10 (depends on 7)

The solar module mounting system of claim 7, wherein the at least one clamp comprises a first snap-in tab configured to secure at least one edge of the solar module and a second snap-in tab configured to secure at least one different edge of the solar module.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The solar module mounting system of claim 10, wherein at least one of the first snap-in tab and the second snap-in tab is configured to: bend in response to pressure applied by the solar module; and snap back to a default position in response to the solar module being secured.

### Claim 12 (depends on 7)

The solar module mounting system of claim 7, wherein the adhesion sheet includes at least one of a molded sheet and a polymer sheet.

### Claim 13 (depends on 7)

The solar module mounting system of claim 7, wherein the at least one clamp is configured to apply a force in a direction substantially perpendicular to a plane of glass of the solar module.
