An information processing apparatus comprising

• a processor comprising hardware, the processor being configured to:
• acquire a user's uttered voice;
• transfer the user's uttered voice to at least one of a main server or a sub server each actualizing a voice interaction agent;
• convert, when the processor has acquired, a control command regarding a recognition result obtained by recognizing the uttered voice from a destination of the transfer, a control signal based on the acquired control command into a control signal that matches the main server;
• and
• transmit the converted control signal to the main server.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium on which an executable program is recorded, the program causing a processor of a computer to execute:

• acquiring a user's uttered voice;
• transferring the user's uttered voice to at least one of a main server or a sub server each actualizing a voice interaction agent;
• converting, when a control command regarding a recognition result obtained by recognizing the uttered voice has been acquired from a destination of the transfer, a control signal based on the acquired control command into a control signal that matches the main server;
• and
• transmitting the converted control signal to the main server.
