An antibody that binds to αvβ8 and αvβ6, wherein the antibody comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region comprising heavy chain complementarity determining regions (CDR) 1, 2, and 3 comprising SEQ ID NOS:526, 527, and 528, respectively;
- and
- a light chain variable region comprising light chain CDRs 1, 2 and 3 comprising SEQ ID NOS:547, 548, and 549, respectively.
