Abstract
The invention provides buffered aqueous formulations of bevacizumab. The invention further provides methods of making buffered formulations of bevacizumab. The invention provides methods of treating eye disorders, particularly wet age-related macular degeneration and macular edema by administering the buffered antibody compositions of the disclosure.

A buffered antibody formulation comprising an antibody comprising a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 for use in treating an eye disorder in a subject.
A kit comprising:
- a) a buffered antibody formulation comprising an antibody comprising a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- and
- b) instructions for administering the antibody formulation in a method for treating an eye disorder.
