Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel compounds of Formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof, and their use.
Claims17
A compound of Formula I:
- and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof,
- wherein
- A is H or a group of formula
- wherein
- R1 and R2 are independently selected from C1-C6-alkyl and C1-C6-haloalkyl, or R1 and R2 form together with the nitrogen atom they are attached to a 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl group, which optionally contains one or more other heteroatoms, and wherein the resulting heterocyclic moiety is optionally substituted by one or more substituents independently selected from C1-C4-alkyl, halogen and C1-C4-haloalkyl;
- n is an integer from 1 to 6;
- B is H or a group of formula
- wherein
- X is N or CH;
- R3 and R4 are independently selected from C1-C6-alkyl and C1-C6-haloalkyl, or R3 and R4 form together with X a 6-membered cycloalkyl group or a 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl group, which optionally contains one or more other heteroatoms, and wherein the resulting cyclic or heterocyclic moiety is optionally substituted by one or more substituents independently selected from C1-C4-alkyl, halogen and C1-C4-haloalkyl;
- m is an integer from 1 to 6;
- C is a 5- or 6-membered aryl or heteroaryl group;
- D is H or a group of formula
- wherein
- R5 and R6 are independently selected from C1-C6-alkyl, or R5 and R6 form together with the nitrogen atom they are attached to a 6- or 7-membered heterocyclyl group, which optionally contains one or more other heteroatom, and wherein the resulting heterocyclic moiety is optionally substituted by one or more substituents independently selected from C1-C4-alkyl, halogen and C1-C4-haloalkyl;
- and
- D is located at any free position of group C;
- with the proviso that at least two groups amongst groups A, B and D are not H.
