An exercise device configured for lower body exercises, is disclosed. The exercise device includes an adjustable belt configured to be worn around a waist of a user. The exercise device includes a set of elastic foot cuffs. The exercise device includes a center strap configured to be removably attached to the adjustable belt and the set of elastic foot cuffs.

An exercise device configured for lower body exercises, comprising:
- an adjustable belt configured to be over the hips of a user;
- a set of elastic foot cuffs;
- and
- a center strap configured to be removably attached to the adjustable belt and the set of elastic foot cuffs.
