Abstract
The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for use in the prevention or therapy of glaucoma, increased intraocular pressure, ocular hypertension and/or a symptom associated therewith, wherein the composition comprises tafluprost and a semifluorinated alkane.

A method of treating glaucoma, increased intraocular pressure, ocular hypertension and/or a symptom associated therewith, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising tafluprost and a semifluorinated alkane.
A kit comprising a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 15, wherein the kit comprises a container for holding the pharmaceutical composition and a drop dispenser for administering the composition.
A pharmaceutical composition consisting of tafluprost dissolved in the semifluorinated alkane 1-perfluorohexyloctane, or consisting of tafluprost dissolved in the semifluorinated alkane F6H8 with up to 1.5% v/v of ethanol as a solubilizing agent.
