Elastomer

An elastomer, comprising:

• (A) an amino group-containing silicone polymer represented by a general formula (1):
• wherein X is an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbons, and R and R′ are an alkyl group;
• m is a number between 20 and 2000 and n is a number between 1 and 100;
• (B) at least one polymer selected from a group consisting of a carboxyl group-containing silicone polymer wherein said silicone polymer is represented by a general formula (2):
• wherein at least one of R1 and R2 is a group represented by a following general formula (4), the rest of R1 and R2 is at least one group selected from a group consisting of a methyl group and said group represented by said general formula (4), the total number of said groups R1 and R2 is 1 to 100 per molecule, and y represents an integer of 1 to 50000:
• and
• a polymer selected from carboxyl group-containing acrylamide polymers represented by a general formula (3):
• wherein a molar ratio between amino groups of (A) said polymer and carboxyl groups of (B) said polymer in said elastomer, which is (mol B)/(mol A) is within a range of 0.1 to 1.2.
