Abstract
An absorbent article comprising at least a topsheet layer and a backsheet layer, each layer having a first and a second surface, at least one of the layers has a composition comprising a skin beneficial agent printed on the first surface and an ink composition printed on the second surface, wherein the compositions on the first and the second surfaces respectively may be interchanged.

An absorbent article comprising at least a topsheet layer and a backsheet layer, each layer having a first and a second surface, at least one of the layers has a composition comprising a skin beneficial agent printed on the first surface and an ink composition printed on the second surface, wherein the compositions on the first and the second surfaces respectively may be interchanged.
Method for printing a material layer for an absorbent article, the material layer having a first and a second surface, comprising:
- a) conveying a material layer on a transporting means;
- b) printing a composition comprising a skin beneficial agent, by means of a flexoprinter, on the first surface of the material layer;
- c) printing an ink composition, by means of a flexoprinter, on the second surface of the material layer;
- wherein the application of the compositions in steps b and c respectively may be interchanged and wherein the material layer is printed by means of a first and a second flexoprinter printing stations located on a central impression cylinder.
