Abstract
A method of establishing a communication link between a mobile terminal of a wireless network and a subscriber of a network, such as an enterprise network, and/or a residential network.

A method, comprising:
- identifying, by a gateway server, a mobile phone subscription with one of a personal and a corporate account in advance of a mobile phone communication;
- establishing, by the mobile phone, a mobile phone communication;
- determining, by the gateway server, the mobile phone subscription has been set to associate usage with one of the personal and the corporate account;
- and
- applying, by the gateway server, a policy to the mobile phone communication comprising one of allowing, disallowing and redirecting the mobile phone communication based on whether mobile phone subscription has been associated with the personal or the corporate account.

- a gateway server configured to identify a mobile phone subscription with one of a personal and a corporate account in advance of a mobile phone communication;
- a mobile phone configured to establish a mobile phone communication;
- wherein the gateway is further configured to
- determine the mobile phone subscription has been set to associate usage with one of the personal and the corporate account;
- and
- apply a policy to the mobile phone communication comprising one of allowing, disallowing and redirecting the mobile phone communication based on whether mobile phone subscription has been associated with the personal or the corporate account.
