Abstract
The electroluminescence display device according to an embodiment of the present specification may include the substrate divided into a display area and a non-display area, the power supply line disposed in the non-display area for supplying power supplied to the display area, the first insulating film disposed on the power supply line and overlapping a part of the power supply line and having an open area where a part of the power supply line is exposed, and the conductive film covering the first insulating film and the power supply line in the open area.
Claims20
An electroluminescence display device, comprising:
- a substrate divided into a display area and a non-display area;
- a power supply line disposed in the non-display area for supplying power supplied to the display area;
- a first insulating film disposed on the power supply line and overlapping a portion of the power supply line and having an open area where a part of the power supply line is exposed;
- and
- a conductive film covering the first insulating film and the power supply line in the open area.
A method for manufacturing an electroluminescence display device, comprising:
- disposing, on a substrate divided into a display area and a non-display area, a power supply line for supplying power supplied to the display area on the non-display area;
- disposing a first insulating film on the upper portion of the power supply line, the first insulating film having an open area overlapping a portion of the power supply line and exposing a part of the power supply line;
- and
- disposing a conductive film covering the first insulating film and the power supply line in the open area.
