Abstract
Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for transaction processing using a smart device. In one embodiment, a system and method are introduced which enable the use of a third-party provider in conjunction with the smart device. The third-party provider can enable transaction processing and offloading, eliminating the need for processing via an application server. In another embodiment, a dynamic machine-readable code is further introduced for providing the communication between the third-party provider and the smart device.
Claims20
A system, comprising:
- a non-transitory memory storing instructions;
- a processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the system to:
- receive, over a communication network, a transaction request to process a transaction from a smart device;
- transmit, by the system, a communication to a processor for verifying the transaction request;
- determine the transaction request was verified;
- and
- process transaction with the smart device.
A method, comprising:
- receiving a request from a smart device to process a transaction by a third-party service provider;
- processing the request received via a processor system;
- and
- transmitting a verification to a merchant application server in response to the processing.
A non-transitory machine-readable medium having instructions stored thereon, the instructions executable to cause performance of operations comprising:
- receiving a request from a smart device to process a transaction by a third-party service provider;
- processing the request received via a processor system;
- and
- transmitting a verification to a merchant application server in response to the processing.
