Explainable process prediction

A system comprising:

• a memory storing computer instructions;
• and
• at least one processor configured to execute the computer instructions, the computer instructions configured to cause the at least one processor to perform operations of:
• generating predictions, using one or more machine learning-based prediction models, for one or more process parameters associated with a running process;
• generating explanation-oriented data elements corresponding to the generated predictions, the explanation-oriented data elements including confidence indicators associated with the generated predictions;
• and
• presenting the explanation-oriented data elements in one or more dashboards of a visualization platform.

A computer program embodied on a non-transitory computer-readable medium, the computer program configured to cause at least one processor to perform operations comprising:

• generating predictions, using one or more machine learning-based prediction models, for one or more process parameters associated with a running process;
• generating explanation-oriented data elements corresponding to the generated predictions, the explanation-oriented data elements including confidence indicators associated with the generated predictions;
• and
• presenting the explanation-oriented data elements in one or more dashboards of a visualization platform.
