Abstract
A system includes a memory circuitry configured to generate multiple results, each result using a different read voltage, in response to one or each received data access command. The multiple read results may be used to dynamically calibrate a read voltage assigned to generate a read result in response to a read command.
Claims20
A system comprising:
- a circuit configured to generate, in response to a data access command from a controller, two or more read results based on reading a set of memory cells using different read voltages, wherein—
- the two or more read results are for calibrating a read level voltage initially assigned to read the set of memory cells in response to a read command, and
- the different read voltages are separately associated with the initially assigned read level voltage.
A method comprising:
- receiving a data access command from a controller;
- and
- in response to one or each received data access command, generating two or more read results based on reading a set of memory cells using different read voltages, wherein—
- the two or more read results are for calibrating a read level voltage initially assigned to read the set of memory cells in response to a read command, and
- the different read voltages are separately associated with the initially assigned read level voltage.

A memory device comprising circuitry configured to:
- generate, in response to a data access command from a controller, two or more read results based on reading a set of memory cells using different read voltages that are separately associated with a read level voltage;
- determine an error rate for each of the different read voltages based on the two or more read results;
- and
- calibrate the read level voltage based on error rates for the different read voltages.
