Abstract
An automated lubrication system for large industrial use delivering high pressure lubrication from a pumping unit to a manifold for disbursement in metered quantities for maintenance operations synchronized through logic control to regular operations of equipment to prevent or minimize interference.

A rotary manifold comprising;
- a body with a central cavity;
- a plurality of output ports extending through the manifold body wall to the central cavity;
- an input port extending through the body wall to the central cavity;
- and
- a rotary selector comprising:
- a shaft, extending through the body walls, and passing centrally through the body cavity;
- a rotator mounted to the shaft and being rotatable within the body's cavity
- wherein the rotary selector is positionable to place a selected output port in fluid communication with the input port.

A multi-valve high pressure lubrication system comprising:
- a high pressure lubrication pumping unit comprising:
- a lubrication reservoir;
- and
- a pump;
- a manifold, comprising:
- an input port;
- a plurality of output ports, wherein the plurality of output ports are divided into one or more groups, wherein each group is circumferentially arranged a radial distance from the selector mechanism's central axis;
- and
- a rotary selector comprising:
- an axel;
- and
- a rotator;
- wherein the rotary selector creates a configurable fluid path through the manifold body;
- and
- an actuator, joined to the axel, wherein the actuator radially positions the rotator to place a selected output port in fluid connectivity with the input port;
- the lubrication pumping unit fluidly connected through a lubricant supply line, with a meter and a control valve, to the manifold's input.
