Abstract
A base frame includes a base frame body and a connector. The base frame body has an opening therein. The connector is disposed at the opening of the base frame body to seal the opening of the base frame body, and the connector is made of an insulating material.

A base frame, comprising:
- a base frame body having an opening therein, the base frame body being a conductor;
- and
- a connector disposed at the opening of the base frame body to seal the opening of the base frame body;
- the connector being made of an insulating material.
