Abstract
A protein that is at least one SUMO protein, or a variant or a fragment thereof or a fusion protein including a SUMO protein is for use in the treatment of neurodegenerative and/or neurological disorders. A pharmaceutical composition includes a protein that is at least one SUMO protein or a variant or a fragment thereof or a fusion protein including a SUMO protein and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.

A protein for treating neurodegenerative disorders and/or neurological disorders, the protein comprising a SUMO protein, or a variant or a fragment thereof, or a fusion protein comprising at least one SUMO protein, or a variant or a fragment thereof.
A pharmaceutical preparation comprising a pharmacologically active amount of at least one of the SUMO proteins or fusion proteins and, one or more active principle for use in the treatment of neurodegenerative and/or neurological disorders.
