Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating dentin-dental pulp disease or periodontal disease, a quasi-drug composition for preventing or improving dentin-dental pulp disease or periodontal disease or a health functional food composition for preventing or improving dentin-dental pulp disease or periodontal disease, all of which comprise a LPAR2 (lysophosphatidic acid receptor 2) inhibitor.
Claims10
A method of preventing or treating dentin-dental pulp disease or periodontal disease, comprising:
- providing a pharmaceutical composition comprising a LPAR2 (lysophosphatidic acid receptor 2) inhibitor;
- and
- administering the pharmaceutical composition to a subject.
A method of promoting differentiation from human-derived dental pulp stem cells into odontoblasts, osteoblasts or cementoblasts, comprising:
- administering a composition comprising a LPAR2 (lysophosphatidic acid receptor 2) inhibitor to a subject,
- wherein the differentiation from human-derived dental pulp stem cells into odontoblasts, osteoblasts or cementoblasts is promoted.

- providing a quasi-drug composition comprising a LPAR2 (lysophosphatidic acid receptor 2) inhibitor;
