Claims38
An isolated monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof against tumor stem cell, wherein the monoclonal antibody comprises a light chain variable region and a heavy chain variable region,
- the light chain variable region comprises:
- a VL CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 2, or an amino acid sequence having 1 or 2 amino acid residue substitutions, deletions or additions relative to SEQ ID NO:
- 2,
- a VL CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 3, or an amino acid sequence having 1 or 2 amino acid residue substitutions, deletions or additions relative to SEQ ID NO:
- 3, and
- a VL CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 4, or an amino acid sequence having 1 or 2 amino acid residue substitutions, deletions or additions relative to SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- the heavy chain variable region comprises:
- a VH CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:6, or an amino acid sequence having 1 or 2 amino acid residue substitutions, deletions or additions relative to SEQ ID NO:6,
- a VH CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:7, or an amino acid sequence having 1 or 2 amino acid residue substitutions, deletions or additions relative to SEQ ID NO:7, such as a sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:13, and
- a VH CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:8, or an amino acid sequence having 1 or 2 amino acid residue substitutions, deletions or additions relative to SEQ ID NO:8, such as a sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:14.
