An exhaust tailpipe/emissions filter employs a reusable/replaceable insert and is configured to slide into and/or onto the exhaust tailpipe of the automobile to reduce air pollution.

An emissions exhaust filtering system for an exhaust pipe for an on or off-road engine comprising:
- a plurality of filter sections (sectionals), wherein the plurality of filter sections includes at least one of a ball filter section, a cone filter section, a grid filter section, and a double cone filter section;
