Pulley assemblies for use in modular utility systems

A pulley assembly having a pair of pulley modules wherein each pulley module is affixed to a male end configured for demountable engagement with a female end provided at the end of an elongate structural element.

A pulley assembly wherein mount components are affixed to the ends of an elongate structural element and are configured for demountable engagement of a pair of pulley modules.

A vertical track assembly comprising:

• at least one vertical rail affixed to the top of a cart base and below a pulley assembly;
• wherein the at least one vertical rail is configured for retaining the vertical movement of a rail-rolling module whereby a load support assembly and a supported load are configured to be controllably raised and lowered while fastened at one end of a cable passing over the pulley assembly, and
• wherein a corresponding counterbalance assembly of a similar mass to the load support assembly and load is fastened to the other end of the cable to negate the mass of the load support and load and facilitate its raising and lowering.

An elongate structural element having at one end or both ends a threaded hole wherein at least one of an eyebolt and means of attachment to a cable is provided.
