Abstract
The present invention relates to a device (14) and a method for installing a filter bag having an open end on a sector (5) of a disc filter (1). The device (14) comprises a substantially horizontal elongated body (15) having a first end and a second end and at least three clamping devices (16) attached to the body (15). Each clamping device (16) comprises a substantially vertical supporting leg (17). The device (14) comprises a suspension arrangement for the filter bag at both ends of the body (15).

A device (14) for installing a filter bag (8) having an open end on a sector (5) of a disc filter (1), the device (14) comprises
- a substantially horizontal elongated body (15) having a first end and a second end,
- at least three clamping devices (16) attached to the body (15), each clamping device (16) comprising a substantially vertical supporting leg (17), which comprises in its lower end a counterpart (18a, 18b) for the upper end of the sector (5), and
- a suspension arrangement for the filter bag (8) at both ends of the body (15).
