A color filter for a display device, comprising at least one color filter element for generating a predefined color in response to incident light, wherein the at least one color filter element includes a Perovskite material.
A display device, comprising:
- a color filter, the color filter including at least one color filter element for generating a predefined color in response to incident light, wherein the at least one color filter element includes a Perovskite material;
- and
- a light source for illuminating the color filter.
