Abstract
The present invention relates to an abnormal cardiac rhythm myocardial model composed of a three-dimensional tissue containing cells including the cardiomyocytes and collagen, wherein at least a portion of the cells adheres to the collagen.

An abnormal cardiac rhythm myocardial model composed of a three-dimensional tissue containing cells including cardiomyocytes and collagen, wherein at least a portion of the cells adheres to the collagen.
A method for producing an abnormal cardiac rhythm myocardial model, comprising:
- a contact step of bringing the cells including the cardiomyocytes into contact with the exogenous collagen in an aqueous medium;
- and
- a culturing step of culturing the cells in contact with the exogenous collagen,
- wherein the amount of the exogenous collagen to be used in the contact step is 0.1 mg or more relative to 1.0×105 to 10.0×105 cells.
