Abstract
The present invention provides a novel modified chemokine peptide. The novel modified chemokine peptide can be combined with a targeted drug for treating cancer, especially for treating drug-resistant cancer, and inhibiting tumor growth more effectively.
Claims20
A pharmaceutical composition for relieving anticancer drug resistance and enhancing sensitivity of anticancer drug, comprising:
- a chemokine analogue peptide, wherein the chemokine analogue peptide is selected from RISE P-8 (SEQ ID NO:1);
- and
- a medicament, wherein the medicament comprises a targeted drug, a pharmaceutically acceptable buffer, diluent, carrier, adjuvant or excipient.
