Abstract
Nutritional supplements and methods of nutritional supplementation that affect mental wellness and/or mood are provided. The supplements and methods of supplementation improve mental wellness and/or mood by supporting both brain and gut health and relaxation by the oral co-administration of eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, and lavender oil.

A method of improving mental wellness and/or mood in a subject comprising:
- administering to the subject an effective amount of a composition comprising;
- eicosapentaenoic acid (“EPA”);
- docosahexaenoic acid (“DHA”);
- and
- lavender oil.

- administering to the subject an effective amount of a composition comprising EPA and DHA in a 5:1 ratio;
- and
- lavender oil.
