• R1 is selected from deuterated alkyl and substituted deuterated alkyl;
• R2, R3 and R5 are each independently selected from alkyl, substituted alkyl, deuterated alkyl and substituted deuterated alkyl;
• R4 is selected from alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl(alkyl), heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl(alkyl), aryl, substituted aryl, aryl(alkyl), substituted aryl(alkyl), halo(alkyl), heteroaryl, heteroaryl(alkyl);
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
