## Abstract

An example operation may include one or more of assigning a fractional ownership of a transport, receiving, at a server, sensor data associated with one or more of the transport and a device proximate to the transport, determining a condition of the transport, based on the sensor data, updating the fractional ownership of the transport based on the condition, and providing a responsibility based on the fractional ownership.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method, comprising:
assigning a fractional ownership of a transport;
receiving, at a server, sensor data associated with one or more of the transport and a device proximate to the transport;
determining a condition of the transport, based on the sensor data;
updating the fractional ownership of the transport based on the condition; and
providing a responsibility based on the fractional ownership.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the fractional ownership is associated with the device.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the fractional ownership is updated based on an amount of time the device is proximate to the transport and the transport is moving.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein a minimum fractional ownership is determined.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the condition is associated with a use of the transport.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responsive to receiving sensor data, retrieving a smart contract from a distributed ledger; and
identifying, from the smart contract one or more of:
one or more sensors required to collect sensor data; and
the fractional ownership associated with the transport based on the sensor data.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The method of claim 6, further comprising:
creating a blockchain transaction to update the fractional ownership of the transport based on the condition of the transport associated with transport sensor data.

### Claim 8

A system, comprising:
a server configured to
assign a fractional ownership of a transport;
receive sensor data associated with one or more of the transport and a device proximate to the transport;
determine a condition of the transport, based on the sensor data;
update the fractional ownership of the transport based on the condition; and
provide a responsibility based on the fractional ownership.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the fractional ownership is associated with the device.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the fractional ownership is updated based on an amount of time the device is proximate to the transport and the transport is moving.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The system of claim 10, wherein a minimum fractional ownership is determined.

### Claim 12 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the condition is associated with a use of the transport.

### Claim 13 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, further comprising:
responsive to sensor data being received, retrieve a smart contract from a distributed ledger; and
identify, from the smart contract one or more of:
one or more sensors required to collect sensor data; and
the fractional ownership associated with the transport based on the sensor data.

### Claim 14 (depends on 13)

The system of claim 13, further comprising:
create a blockchain transaction to update the fractional ownership of the transport based on the condition of the transport associated with transport sensor data.

### Claim 15

A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions, that when read by a processor, cause the processor to perform:
assigning a fractional ownership of a transport;
receiving, at a server, sensor data associated with one or more of the transport and a device proximate to the transport;
determining a condition of the transport, based on the sensor data;
updating the fractional ownership of the transport based on the condition; and
providing a responsibility based on the fractional ownership.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15, wherein the fractional ownership is associated with the device.

### Claim 17 (depends on 15)

The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15, wherein the fractional ownership is updated based on an amount of time the device is proximate to the transport and the transport is moving.

### Claim 18 (depends on 17)

The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 17, wherein a minimum fractional ownership is determined.

### Claim 19 (depends on 15)

The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15, wherein the condition is associated with a use of the transport.

### Claim 20 (depends on 15)

The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15, further comprising:
responsive to receiving sensor data, retrieving a smart contract from a distributed ledger; and
identifying, from the smart contract one or more of:
one or more sensors required to collect sensor data; and
the fractional ownership associated with the transport based on the sensor data.
