Isolated monoclonal agonistic antibodies which bind to human CD40 and related antibody-based compositions and molecules are disclosed. Also disclosed are therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using the antibodies.

A method for treating cancer in a subject comprising administering to the subject an antibody in an amount effective to treat the cancer, wherein the antibody binds to human CD40 and comprises heavy chain CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 sequences comprising SEQ ID NOs:
