Abstract
A decorative sheet and a method for producing the decorative material that can reduce the occurrence of adhesion failure and appearance defects, comprises an acrylic resin original member, which is an original member made of an acrylic resin, a pattern layer containing an acrylic resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the acrylic resin original member, and an anchor layer formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the acrylic resin original member.

A decorative sheet, comprising:
- an original member made of an acrylic resin,
- a pattern layer containing an acrylic resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the original member, and,
- an anchor layer formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the original member.
A decorative sheet, comprising:
- a first acrylic resin original member made of an acrylic resin,
- a pattern layer containing a urethane/vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the first acrylic resin original member,
- an adhesive layer containing a curing agent and formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the first acrylic resin original member,
- an anchor layer formed on a surface of the adhesive layer facing away from the pattern layer, and,
- a second acrylic resin original member made of an acrylic resin and formed on a surface of the anchor layer facing away from the adhesive layer.
A decorative material, comprising:
- an original member made of an acrylic resin,
- a pattern layer containing an acrylic resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the original member,
- an anchor layer formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the original member,
- a clear substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a second surface of the original member, and,
- a colored substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a surface of the anchor layer facing away from the pattern layer.

- an original member made of an acrylic resin,
- a pattern layer containing an acrylic resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the original member,
- an anchor layer formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the original member,
- a colored substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a second surface of the original member, and,
- a clear substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a surface of the anchor layer facing away from the pattern layer.
A method for producing a decorative material, the method comprising a step of thermally laminating a laminate comprising:
- an original member made of an acrylic resin,
- a pattern layer containing an acrylic resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the original member,
- an anchor layer formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the original member,
- a clear substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a second surface of the original member, and,
- a colored substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a surface of the anchor layer facing away from the pattern layer.
A method for producing a decorative material, the method comprising a step of thermally laminating a laminate comprising:
- an original member made of an acrylic resin,
- a pattern layer containing an acrylic resin as a binder and formed on a first surface of the original member,
- an anchor layer formed on a surface of the pattern layer facing away from the original member,
- a colored substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a second surface of the original member, and,
- a clear substrate made of an acrylic resin and formed on a surface of the anchor layer facing away from the pattern layer.
