An information processing method comprising the processes of:

• measuring a stress level of a user on a basis of a result of detection by a sensor;
• and
• specifying a factor causing an increase or decrease in the stress level on a basis of an action of the user in a period in which the stress level is increased or decreased.

A program causing a computer to serve as:

• a stress level measuring unit that measures a stress level of a user on a basis of a result of detection by a sensor;
• and
• a stress factor specifying unit that specifies a factor causing an increase or decrease in the stress level on a basis of an action of the user in a period in which the stress level is increased or decreased.
