Provided herein are long-acting, non-aqueous pharmaceutically acceptable compositions of active ingredients for subcutaneous injection.

An injectable pharmaceutically acceptable composition, comprising:
- a) a pharmaceutically active agent;
- b) a polar lipid at about 5.0 to 40.0% w/w;
- and
- c) a triglyceride carrier at about 5.0 to 70.0% w/w.
