Abstract
A method of making a coated article includes forming a first coating over a first surface of a substrate; and forming a second coating over a second surface of the substrate. The second coating includes a first conductive layer including tin oxide and at least one material selected from the group consisting of tungsten, molybdenum, and niobium.

A method of making a coated article, comprising:
- forming a first coating over a first surface of a substrate;
- and
- forming a first conductive layer over a second surface of the substrate comprising:
- applying a first tin precursor material, and
- applying a tungsten precursor material;
- wherein the tungsten precursor material is tungsten tetrachloride.

A method of making a solar cell, comprising:
- forming a first coating over a first surface of a substrate;
- and
- forming a second coating over a second surface of the substrate,
- wherein the second coating comprises:
- an underlayer located over the second surface, wherein the underlayer comprises a bottom optical layer comprising an oxide of tin, zinc, silicon, aluminum, titanium, and/or mixtures thereof;
- a first conductive layer over the underlayer, wherein the first conductive layer comprises a first layer comprising tin oxide and tungsten;
- an overlayer over the first conductive layer, wherein the overlayer comprises a buffer layer comprising tin oxide and at least one of zinc, indium, gallium, magnesium, and nitrogen;
- a semiconductor layer over the conductive oxide layer;
- and
- a second conductive layer over the semiconductor layer, wherein the second conductive layer comprises a metallic layer,
- wherein the first layer is formed using a first tin precursor material and a tungsten precursor material, wherein the tungsten precursor material is tungsten tetrachloride.

A method of making a coated article, comprising:
- forming a first coating over the first surface of a substrate;
- and
- forming a second coating over the second surface of the substrate,
- wherein the second coating comprises a first conductive layer comprising tin oxide and at least one material selected from the group consisting of tungsten, molybdenum, and niobium, and
- wherein the second coating is formed over the substrate at a temperature in the range of 700° C. to 800° C.
