Abstract
A band feeding process, a band feeding system and a plant for the production of cores with stacked grain-oriented laminations for transformers; the plant having a processing unit to cut a band made of a ferromagnetic metal material, in particular made of magnetic silicon steel, so as to obtain one or more laminations; said processing unit having an input; the plant having a feeding system, which has a plurality of feeding stations, each configured to feed a respective band to said input; wherein there is provided the step of selectively feeding to said input a band coming from one of said plurality of feeding stations.

A feeding process for a plant for the production of cores with stacked, in particular grain-oriented, laminations for transformers;
- the plant comprising a processing unit and the process comprising the step of cutting, by means of said processing unit, a band made of a ferromagnetic metal material, in particular made of magnetic silicon steel, so as to obtain one or more laminations;
- said processing unit having an input;
- the plant comprising a feeding system, which has a plurality of feeding stations, each configured to feed a respective band to said input;
- the process being characterized by the step of feeding to said input a band coming from a feeding station chosen among said plurality of feeding stations.
A feeding system to feed a band for the production of cores with stacked, in particular grain-oriented, laminations for transformers having a plurality of feeding stations and comprising an exchange unit;
- wherein said feeding stations are connected in parallel to the exchange unit;
- wherein the exchange unit is configured to feed, in use, a band chosen among the bands fed by said plurality of feeding stations to an input of a processing unit of a plant for the production of stacked laminated cores;
- the feeding system comprising a plurality of guides, each configured to convey a band from a respective feeding station to the exchange unit;
- wherein the exchange unit is configured to connect, in use, a guide chosen from said group of guides to the input.
