Abstract
Embodiments of architecture, systems, and methods that enable a tenant or space provider to rent or offer for rent a space for short-, medium-, or long-term occupation including a room in a house, apartment, condominium, office for individual use or with roommates are described herein. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method of enabling users of a system to securely lease or rent one of a plurality of spaces, the method comprising:
- generating encrypted unique identifiers for each User of the system including Users leasing and requesting to lease a space of the plurality of spaces and Users renting or requesting to rent a space of the plurality of spaces;
- generating an encrypted unique identifier for each space of the plurality of spaces;
- and
- electronically forwarding a request to lease a space of the plurality of spaces or rent the plurality of spaces to a User system associated with the respective space via the associated unique identifiers based on a request of a User of another User system.
