System and methods for a real-time power performance tracker

A method of managing power in a local power system, the method comprising:

• receiving, by an energy management system, energy usage data collected from a plurality of sensors attached to individual circuits of the local power system;
• generating an individual circuit model for each individual circuit associated with each of the plurality of sensors based on the received energy usage data;
• monitoring an incoming data stream representative of energy usage data collected from the plurality of sensors;
• comparing the incoming data stream to the generated individual circuit model;
• and
• implementing, by the energy management system, power management controls on one or more of the individual circuits based on the generated individual circuit model and the monitored incoming data stream.

A non-transitory computer readable medium encoding with instructions for causing a computing device to perform a method of managing power in a local power system, the method comprising:

• receiving energy usage data collected from a plurality of sensors attached to individual circuits of the local power system;
• generating an individual circuit model for each individual circuit associated with each of the plurality of sensors based on the received energy usage data;
• monitoring an incoming data stream representative of energy usage data collected from the plurality of sensors;
• comparing the incoming data stream to the generated individual circuit model;
• and
• implementing power management controls on one or more of the individual circuits based on the generated individual circuit model and the monitored incoming data stream.
