Flame producing assembly and method for manufacturing such a flame producing assembly

A flame producing assembly comprising:

• a pocket lighter extending along a longitudinal axis and defining a length, wherein the pocket lighter includes a piezoelectric ignition device configured to produce an electric charge,
• an extended wand electrically coupled to the piezoelectric ignition device;
• a rigid support at least partially disposed inside the extended wand such that an inner space inside the extended wand is kept free between a free end of the rigid support and a free end of the extended wand, wherein the rigid support defines a longitudinal inner opening, the free end of the rigid support and the free end of the extended wand being opposite respective connecting ends that are proximate to the pocket lighter;
• and
• a helical spring extending along the longitudinal inner opening,
• wherein the helical spring protrudes beyond the free end of the rigid support into the inner space.
